Our goal is to ensure that Trellis Supportive Care patients and families experience  compassionate care while living comfortably at home, wherever home may be.


Trellis Supportive Care participates in state and national hospice quality initiatives.

Quality Services

The Quality Services department monitors the care we provide to ensure that we are meeting our own high standards.  We seek feedback from our patients and families through the use of surveys and quality assurance calls and welcome suggestions for improvement.

Accreditation

Trellis Supportive Care (formerly Hospice & Palliative CareCenter) is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).

Trellis is a member of Quality Partners, a national, cooperative effort, developed and directed by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), to build organizational excellence and improve hospice and palliative care delivery and outcomes. Trellis Supportive Care has a Compliance Officer available to help any patient or family with a grievance or a complaint.
